Charitable Union

Don´t miss the opportunity for an evening of fun with friends. August 15th at The Robin´s Nest, Charitable Union is hosting the second annual DECORATED TABLE EVENT. From 5p.m. to 8p.m. join us for an evening of food, conversation and laughter. There will be door prizes and lots of fun! We´ll bring some handmade items and purses to buy in our mini Gift Shop. Cost is $25.00 for each person. You can decorate a table for 6 or 8 friends. This year´s theme is ¨Your Favorite Holiday.¨ The holiday can be traditional or wacky. Bring a dessert for your table and we'll provide the dinner.

At noon on March 13^th at Nottke’s Family Fun Center you could hear a pin drop!  Charitable Union’s 3^rd Annual Bowl-a-thon was underway.  The event offered over 125 bowlers an afternoon of bowling, door prize raffles, giveaways, and fun.

 

We have been working hard to try to make this website more user friendly. We have added two new donation buttons. So, at the point of your mouse you will be able to donate to the Clothes for Kids Campaign or the Bowl-a-thon. You can also register online for the March 13th Bowl-a-thon. Seems that we are on target to pass last year's record October coat drive; last year we distributed 2,588 coats free of charge in October. In the last 30 days (we started giving coats out this year at the end of September) we have already distributed 2,820! If there is ever any doubt of the need of our neighbors we only have to look a short distance to see that there are 100's of people who need our help.

Bowling this Saturday will help clothe kids in school.
