Decorated Table 2017

This year's Decorated Table Event had a little bit of a different twist...it was open to both men and women and it was held at Backroads Saloon in Marshall. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and the venue. Here is just a sampling of the photos from that day.

Upward Bound Lend some Garden Help

The Boy Scouts of Pack 304 spent an evening helping at Charitable Union. They labeled books that will be a part of our newly created "Book Nook" for kids and made homeless personal hygiene kits. Thanks for your help!

The Gift Shop at Charitable Union

The Gift Shop at Charitable Union was formed in 2004 to assist in the mission of serving those in need. It features a full selection of gently used books, glassware, collectibles and a variety of handmade items including quilts, potato sacks and more. Newly renovated, the Battle Creek Chamber Ambassadors came for a ribbon cutting in the summer of 2013.

As the 118-year-old Woman's League of Battle Creek  closes its doors it shares one last generous gift with Charitable Union. We thank you for the year's of dedication to our community and wish you all well in the future. Your good works will live on in our community.
